1. Acceptance of Terms
By initializing an account on whitecoder.online or utilizing the Folio portfolio engine, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you are prohibited from using the architecture.
2. Platform Usage & Account Security
Folio is a SaaS platform designed for developer portfolio hosting. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities and data deployment under your username.
- Ensuring your custom code injections do not contain malicious scripts or malware.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Our infrastructure offers multiple tiers, including 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year Pro plans. Payments are processed manually or through authorized gateways as specified in your Creator Dashboard. All Pro features, including Custom Domains and Watermark removal, are active only during a valid subscription period.
4. Intellectual Property
WhiteCoder Solutions retains all rights to the core Folio architecture, templates, and AI parsing logic. Users retain ownership of the original content and data they upload to the platform. By using the platform, you grant WhiteCoder a license to host and serve this content via our integrated Cloudinary CDN.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Folio architecture to:
- Deploy content that violates local or international laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Groq AI parsing engine.
- Perform "automated scraping" or stress testing on the whitecoder.online infrastructure.
6. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our architecture at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
